Coverage area
Standard pricing covers Oklahoma County and Logan County. Outlying areas may have a surcharge, which is disclosed before we accept the job. Additional addresses or subjects are quoted separately.
Affidavit of service
Every serve includes a detailed affidavit documenting date, time, location, and method of service. Standard serves are returned within 2-3 days. Rush and same-day affidavits are returned as soon as possible. We can file with Oklahoma County or Logan County courthouse.
Same-day cutoff
Same-day service requires documents and recipient information by 5:00 PM. Same-day means we make the first attempt that day. Completion is not guaranteed same day, as the recipient may not be available.
